frank a. ciccio
At the age of six his family moved to Deland, Florida, where he began drawing and painting. He impressed his art teachers, one who said, “He was going places.”
After High School he journeyed to South Florida where he attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Upon graduation he worked for three years as Art Director for Project Masters, an International Special Events, Advertising, and Marketing firm in Miami. While there, he produced and directed such projects as the Handicapped Nationals in Winter Park, Colorado and political work in both the United States and the Bahamas.
Ready for the next chapter, Ciccio continued his journey by pursuing his Fine Arts Career, and over the next nearly four decades, Ciccio’s travels have taken him all over the United States, Canada, Europe, Central and South America, the Virgin Islands, and the Inca Trail in Peru.
As the creator of the officially licensed Florida Gator Chomp Shirt, and other creative one-of-a-kind art and wearables, he is currently taking commissioned projects and working for various collectors.
Over the years, Ciccio has, to mention a few, completed projects for:
Sara Lee Cakes
Phillip Morris
Julio Franco
